Easy Yoga for the Back


Sit on the edge of a chair with your feet on the floor or sit cross-legged on the floor. Your hands are on the knees and the eyes are closed. As you inhale through your nose, arch your spine forward pushing your chest out, Exhale and relax your shoulders forward so the spine curves and chest is concave. Keep your head upright.Continue in a fluid motion slowly increasing speed, keeping a comfortable rhythm with your breath. Repeat 26 times. Inhale, strengthen your spine, Take a few deep breaths and relax.
